Los datos consignados en este formulario son tratados por Marcos Artemio Tineo (MARKT), con domicilio en Víctor Mercante 1297, Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, con la única finalidad de gestionar la solicitud y dejar constancia de ella. MARKT no cede estos datos: solo acceden a ellos, por cuenta de MARKT y sin poder usarlos para otro fin, sus proveedores de alojamiento web y de correo electrónico (art. 25, Ley 25.326), y las autoridades que los requieran conforme a la ley. Se conservan en un archivo de uso interno, en el servidor de alojamiento de MARKT, fuera del acceso público del sitio. El nombre y el correo electrónico son obligatorios, ya que sin ellos no es posible informar el código de la solicitud; si el correo es inexacto, el código y la respuesta no le llegarán. También es obligatorio indicar qué servicio mensual quiere dar de baja, porque sin ese dato no es posible identificarlo. Los demás campos son opcionales. El titular puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de sus datos a marcos@markt.com.ar.
The data entered in this form is processed by Marcos Artemio Tineo (MARKT), domiciled at Víctor Mercante 1297, Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, for the sole purpose of handling the request and keeping a record of it. MARKT does not transfer this data: it is accessed only by MARKT's web hosting and email providers, on MARKT's behalf and without being able to use it for any other purpose (Article 25, Law No. 25.326), and by the authorities that request it in accordance with the law. It is kept in a file for internal use, on MARKT's hosting server, outside public access to the site. Name and email are mandatory, since without them the request code cannot be sent; if the email address is inaccurate, the code and the reply will not reach you. It is also mandatory to state which monthly service you want to cancel, since without it the service cannot be identified. All other fields are optional. The data subject may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data by writing to marcos@markt.com.ar.
El titular de los datos personales tiene la facultad de ejercer el derecho de acceso a los mismos en forma gratuita a intervalos no inferiores a seis meses, salvo que se acredite un interés legítimo al efecto conforme lo establecido en el artículo 14, inciso 3, de la Ley N° 25.326. LA AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Article 14(3) of Law No. 25.326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25.326, has the power to handle the reports and complaints filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
